In our store, you can return your purchased product quickly, conveniently, and for free. All returns are handled via Inpost, either through courier or parcel lockers. Find out how it works!

Return to Inpost Parcel Locker

(Available for all types of products except desktop computers in "Tower" cases)

You can make a return through the SzybkieZwroty.pl website or the Inpost mobile app by clicking the "Return" button in the bottom menu.

1. After visiting SzybkieZwroty.pl or opening the Inpost mobile app and selecting the "Return" option, choose our store – Xlap24.pl.
2. Fill out a simple form and wait for approval from us.
3. Prepare the package, write the code manually on the packaging, and remember to include the completed return form and the receipt (if a VAT invoice was not issued).
4. Go to the nearest parcel locker and send the package. \

Return via Inpost Courier

(Available for all types of products)

You can initiate a return by contacting us via email at sklep@xlap24.pl.

Send us information about your intention to return, including your address, phone number, preferred pick-up day (the soonest being the next business day), and at least a 4-hour time window when the courier can pick up the package between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

In response, we will send you an Inpost shipping label, which needs to be printed and attached to the package.
Prepare the package and remember to include the completed return form and the receipt (if a VAT invoice was not issued).
Wait for the courier's arrival on the scheduled date and hand over the package.

I lost my receipt – how can I make a return?

If you made a purchase in our store, we can surely find it in our order database. We will only need a brief statement from you about the lost receipt. Download the file below and fill it out – you can send it via email, include it in the return shipment, or write the content by hand and add it to the package.

I don’t have a printer and want to send via Parcel Locker – how can I print the return form?

You don't need to print the return form; you can email it to sklep@xlap24.pl. However, make sure to include information inside the package that will help us identify your order, such as your email address, name, delivery address, and phone number. A short handwritten note is sufficient.

I don’t have a printer and want to send via courier – how can I print the shipping label?
In this case, please contact us individually. We will then prepare a collection order with DPD, where a shipping label is not required. However, this procedure extends the return process, and the courier may arrive with a delay of 1-2 days. Whenever possible, we encourage you to use Inpost services and process the return via Parcel Locker or Inpost courier.

How soon will I receive the money back?
According to the Consumer Rights Act, Article 34, we are required to refund the money within 14 days from the date of delivery of the shipment, but most often, the average time for a refund does not exceed 2-3 days from the delivery date to our company.

Can I make a return from abroad?
The free return service provided by our company is not available for returns sent from abroad. A consumer can make a return while abroad, but the shipment must be made independently and at their own expense. We only bear the return costs within Poland.


Key Legal Regulations

  • Returns are accepted under the general regulations resulting from the Journal of Laws/Consumer Rights Act/Article 34.

  • The right to return applies to Consumers, i.e., individuals not conducting business activity or individuals conducting business activity if the purchase was not made as part of the customer’s professional activity.

  • The entrepreneur accepting the return has the right to extend the statutory 14-day period. Xlap24.pl extends this period to 100 days from the date of delivery to the customer.

  • The obligation to secure the goods for return lies with the Customer, so remember to pack the shipment carefully. You can use our box and filling if you still have them. Secure the corners and fill any empty spaces inside the box.
